This role supports the Data Quality assurance for the Contract Remediation activities, working in collaboration with Regulatory Program teams to cover data gaps and support enhanced assurance of Data quality against Contract metadata for contracts included in regulatory reporting. This will include engagement of key stakeholders such as Service Owners and Contract Managers, review of contractual clauses and working with contracting systems and AI tools.
This role also supports contract assessment activities to prioritize and execute contractual terms remediation (uplift) in line with DB’s expectations.
Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated candidates to:
Understand data requirements and definitions for the reported contracts metadata, to ensure it is updated in line with the expectationsWork collaboratively with DB stakeholders (Service Owners, Contract Managers, Divisional Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Operations) or vendors to validate and secure needed contract metadata and information; Maintain program artefacts including communications, decisions and change requestsWork with Contract Operations teams to ensure contract metadata is updated in a timely manner (change requests, bulk upload) to enable accurate reporting for regulatory purposes or as per program needs Support contract assessment activities to evaluate the gap to contract remediationManage the scheduling and documentation of internal and external meetings for contracts negotiation. Track progress against contract negotiation and next stepsTrack activity in a timely and accurate manner and support PMO function and management with status reportsLiaise with delivery leads and other internal stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment and timely updatesRaise awareness of risks and follow the escalation process appropriatelyCollaborate with other teams to recommend system or reporting improvements to enhance metadata accuracy and AI capabilities in contracting systemsSkills
Mandatory - fluent in English (written and verbal)5 years experience in vendor contract operations role within financial services or a regulated environment; Strong background in contract lifecycle management, or technology-enabled contract solutionsGood awareness and understanding of simple contractual termsStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for activity tracking and reportingStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced delivery environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsPreferred Experience
Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Copilot for enhanced productivity, reporting, and documentationEducation/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
