It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.​As a Subscription Conversion Sales Specialist, you will be the subscription conversion program owner for the Fraben European Region and be part of the EMEAI Sales team.Your Day-To-Day:Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscriptionBe the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC Fraben European Region, both Direct and ChannelProvide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing)Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription conversion opportunitiesDrive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close.Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customersThe Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customersHelp Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversionsProvide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversion’s sales processWork with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunitiesYour Skills and Knowledge:Good Project Management skillsFlexibility/ Adaptability to change o Dealing with ambiguity and leadership competencies5+ years’ experience in selling enterprise solutions to major accountsExperience working with software partnersKnowledge of the Computer Aided Design industryCompetent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunitiesSuccessful sales track record, motivation, drive and self-starting attitudeProfessional and a planner in both thinking and directed activitiesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectivelyEnglish skill mandatory, French will be a plusIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
