Aufgaben For our large civil projects, we are hiring Cost Estimator (Building and Turnkey Construction Engineer) for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.Completed technical education – Civil Engineer or ArchitectWork experience in a comparable positionVery good computer skills and good command of computer applications in the construction business like MS-Office, AUTOCADAbility to work with international calculation programs (ITWO); knowledge of local calculation program is an advantageFluent in English; German is an advantage, but not a requirementExperience as a Cost Estimator in a similar positionConceptual thinking, teamwork skills, cost awareness as well as structured mode of Operation. Qualifikationen Handling on ambitious building projects in building and turnkey construction taking into account economic and technical objectives in collaboration with the Area Manager and the Sub-Division ManagerTendering and preparation of cost estimations on your own responsibility in collaboration with internal and external expertsEvaluation of tender documents and preparation of specific proposals and alternatives (value engineering)Presenting the offer in front of the ClientQuantity survey works in line with General Contractor offersPreparation and participation in award of contract with subcontractors and suppliersTransferring information from the tender process to the execution team.
