We need an e X cellent Collection specialist !
Location : Bucharest – Day Tower
Contracttype: permanent contract
Whatyou will do:
1) Centralize and verifiy the turnover ofinvoices for the B2B / B2G Enel X division - issued (customers) and received(suppliers);
2) Allocate invoices on projectsaccording to the contracts to which they refer;
3) Export from the informatic system thebalances of the clients / suppliers and draws up and monitors the reports ofaging clients and suppliers;
4) Send the balance reports to the Salesteam;
5) Check the status of receipts andpayments on the due invoices;
6) Punctual make account balances with theclients;
7) Request scoring analyzes for clients inthe specific platform.
Qualifications
What we search in you:
Developed digital competencies - proficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),
Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
Planning and organizing skills;
Communication and time management skills;
Management of multiple tasks;
Energetic personality;
Attention to detail;
Bachelor degree;
Minimum 2 years of experience in CreditControl or Accounts Payable activities.
