Recruiter4You is assisting a fast-growing client in the iGaming/crypto space in the search for a CRM Campaign Manager to join their fully remote team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns that engage customers and drive retention.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels
Work closely with the Head of CRM to deliver campaigns on time
Build and optimise automated and lifecycle campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and run A/B testing to improve results
Ensure high quality QA and compliance with CRM best practices
Support segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing initiatives
Requirements
Experience working in CRM, digital marketing, or a data-driven marketing role
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Optimove) is a plus
Experience in iGaming, crypto, or online betting environments is advantageous
