CRM Consultant with German in Constanţa

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world. For a long-term project for our German partner, we are looking for a CRM Consultant with German. The project is extremely interesting and allows you to solve real problems. While working on this project you will be in direct contact with everyone on our client side. You will travel regularly to Germany to meet with clients.   Your responsibilities Designing and planning implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in close cooperation with our project management and developers Identifying and managing customer’s needs during client meetings Provide active support to our customers throughout different phases of a CRM implementation project Point of contact for analysing and documenting customer’s business requirements Advising on the design and optimisation of business processes, e.g. in the areas of marketing, sales and service Providing strategic advice and recommentations on CRM modules, processes and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience Planning, conducting and documenting customer workshops Regular support and training for our users - perhaps even earlier Meetings with clients in Germany (on-site and remote)   Requirements that must be met: Minimum 2 years of experience with implementation of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamic Experience as Consultant / Business Solution Manager Used to work directly with clients Strong analytical, team and solution oriented skills Completed (IT) training or degree in (business) informatics or economics with a focus on IT Very good German and good English and Polish skills Travel readiness to Germany Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 - an advantage What we offer We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
