Customer & Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) | Hybrid | Bucharest

Are you fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1) with a passion for sales and customer engagement? If you have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or sales role, this hybrid opportunity in Bucharest could be the next great step in your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Support sales processes and achieve performance targets

  • Work collaboratively within a results-driven team

Role Details:

  • Location: Bucharest, Romania (near Eroii Revoluției metro station)

  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (5 working days/week)

  • Shifts: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00

  • Training: One-week in-office onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level)

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or call center

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving & sales skills

  • Valid EU work authorization (Romanian or EU citizenship)

  • Important: Candidates with residence permits labeled “Sedere Temporara” or “Permis Unic” are not eligible

  • No relocation support is provided
