Spotawheel, one of Europe's most advanced and fastest-growing used car platforms, is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Bucharest. The company has redesigned the whole buy-sell process to ensure value, transparency and customer satisfaction at the highest levels throughout. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing support after the purchase of the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring the customer's vehicle needs are met in a timely manner. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up on post-sale activities, such as scheduling service appointments, arranging transportation, and informing customers of necessary repairs or upcoming services. Provide quotes to customers for additional repairs or maintenance services and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with the dealership's technical team and vendors to update customers on the status of their vehicle's repairs. Assist customers with resolving complaints or concerns related to their vehicle, warranty procedures Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customers, ensuring that they are treated with respect and are provided with accurate, timely information regarding their vehicle. Maintain accurate customer records and log all customer interactions. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that their expectations and needs are being met. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service/ Workshop Advisor role, within the automotive industry. College degree in automotive or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of automotive industry service and repair practices. Strong people skills, including the ability to work well with a team and provide exceptional service to customers.
