Customer Care Representative (French Speaker) in Bucuresti

The job is only available for candidates based in Romania. Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid work 2 days/week on-site Contract duration: 1 year (prolongation available) Salary: 4000 - 4500 RON NET/Month We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing various aspects of the customer experience, including order management, pricing, partner onboarding and support, and catalogue management. Tasks Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues. Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment details. Pricing: Assist customers with pricing inquiries and provide accurate pricing information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure pricing consistency and accuracy. Handle pricing adjustments and discounts as per company policies. Partner Onboarding and Support: Collaborate with partners to onboard them onto our platform or system. Provide support and guidance to partners during the onboarding process. Address partner inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist partners with any technical issues or challenges they may encounter. Catalogue Management: Maintain and update product catalogues and pricing lists. Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, and pricing. Assist customers and partners in navigating the product catalogue and provide recommendations. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via video, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
