Description

This is an office-based role, where you would support consumers for a global consumer goods brand. Besides the support language(s), English is required, as training and internal tools are in English.

  • What the role looks like

    You would support consumers mainly through written channels, with a smaller share of phone interactions:

  • Around 80% email and chat
  • Around 20% phone calls, depending on the market
  • The role involves answering consumer questions, handling requests or complaints in a calm and professional way, and documenting interactions using clear internal processes. You’ll work closely with the team whenever a case needs extra input.

  • Training: 3 weeks

    The role is on-site, in Bucharest, at our office in Campus 6.3, Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu 6L, Sector 6.

    The office is easy to reach by public transport, with metro and bus connections nearby.
