Role Overview

The Customer Experience Account Manager I (CEAM I) is responsible for driving revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience for assigned accounts and territories. This role owns revenue opportunities from identification through successful completion and is accountable for building and strengthening long-term business relationships across assigned accounts, channels, and geographic regions.

A key aspect of the role is ensuring a positive day-to-day customer experience with Panduit. As the primary internal advocate for assigned customers, the CEAM I collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests efficiently, address both expressed and anticipated needs, and provide proactive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. The role also ensures transparency regarding orders and requests while managing exceptions across the Panduit fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and drive business growth within assigned accounts, channels, and territories.
  • Own revenue opportunities from identification through successful completion.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the primary internal advocate for assigned accounts and geographic regions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests and address both stated and anticipated customer needs.
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate updates on the status of their orders and requests.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and communicate solutions to minimize their impact on the customer experience.
  • Manage customer orders throughout the Panduit fulfillment chain to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Manage information, exceptions, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Customer service experience within the electronics industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is considered an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, customer-focused environment.
