Responsibilities                                            Creation of Quotations for field service jobs - calibrations, repairs, services, sparesMaterial planning: PO creation for required material; tracking of deliveries; contact with material planning, field service engineers and shipping departmentAccounting: checking of incoming invoices; creation of customer invoicesDocumentation: Creation of field service jobs documentation; Evaluation of field service reportsHandling of workforce orders in SFDCSupport in the preparation of reports: „Billability“ reporting; Preparation of revenue forecasting for the team leaderContinuous support in process improvementGCC Support with spare part ordersYOU MUST HAVEExperience in complex administrative work environmentSAP knowledge requiredSFDC experienced wantedhigh level of teamwork and structured way of workingGerman fluent in speech and writingEnglish fluent in speech and writingWE VALUEA knowledge of principles and best practices in (customer service)Good team and communication skillsAn ability to take initiative and work with limited directionAn ability to learn quicklyExperience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, integrated reporting systems
