About the Role

The Customer Logistics Specialist ensures an efficient Order‑to‑Cash flow for Key Accounts, maintaining optimal logistics costs and meeting all service KPIs. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customer logistics counterparts to drive accuracy, solve issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Process orders coming from non-EDI channels, focused on Horeca and Traditional Trade.
  • Track pallet/package recovery and communicate with customers on logistics topics.
  • Monitor customer activation processes and analyze root causes impacting KPIs.
  • Reconcile key indicators with customers monthly and prepare logistics reports.
  • Optimize logistics costs through the best delivery method selection.
  • functionally on corrective actions.
  • Keep a very close collaboration with the business developers & operational teams in managing orders in order to have best service availability.
  • Manage logistics communication and participate with local warehouse/local sales team to solve logistics topics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer logistics teams and Product Master Data teams.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, adopt new technologies and support process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Code of Conduct and data protection rules.

  • Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, distribution or planning.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP is an advantage.

  • Fluent English.
