Customer Service AssistantClient Description:Adecco Human Resources offers employment opportunities as a Customer Service Assistant for one of its major clients in Braila.Responsibilities:- Serving and interacting with customers in a proactive, polite, friendly, and helpful manner.- Accurately accepting and processing payments for products and food using various methods.- Controlling stock availability to meet customer requirements by planning deliveries.Candidate Profile:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Advanced knowledge of the English language.- Driver's license – mandatory requirement.- Solid numerical skills to control stock and manage cash.Benefits:- Salary package - 4000 lei net.- Meal vouchers – 35 lei / worked day.- Weekend bonus – 10%.- Transportation reimbursement – 150 lei / month.Work Schedule:- Full-time in 2 shift
