Customer Service SupervisorClient Description:Adecco Human Resources offers employment opportunities as a Customer Service Supervisor for one of its major clients in Braila.Responsibilities:- Ensure that stock is stored, prepared, rotated, displayed, promoted, merchandised and handled in a legal manner and to minimise shrinkage;- Control availability of stock to ensure customer demands are met by planning deliveries and controlling acceptance methods (checking quality, quantity etc), reporting discrepancies and signing documentation;- Control cash and minimise loss by reconciling tills, cash takings, safe contents and banking.Candidate Profile:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Advanced knowledge of the English language.- Relevant experience in store management or retail operations.- Solid numerical skills to control stock and manage cash.Benefits:- Salary package of 6000 lei net.- Meal vouchers – 35 lei / worked day.- Weekend bonus – 10%.- Transportation reimbursement – 150 lei / month.Work Schedule:- Full-time in 2 shifts.
