    As a member of the Customer Success team, the Associate CSM will be the primary relationship holder between N-able and its partners. Leveraging their customer service abilities, industry knowledge, and relationship building skills, they will work with said partners to ensure they are achieving value with their existing subscriptions.

    More so, the Associate Customer Success Manager will drive new product adoption and achieve retention targets by delivering top client experience.


    What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for partners in a defined territory.
  • Impact retention rate and increase product adoption
  • Ensure partners are using N-able best practices 
  • Drive awareness of N-able suite of product offerings and identify new opportunities
  • Identify at-risk customers and turn their experiences around.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value.

  • What You'll Bring

  • Familiar with account management, sales, or customer service experience in the software industry.
  • Understand how to engage and excite an audience.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an overall curious mindset
  • Team focused mindset and ability to freely and openly share knowledge with others.
  • Organized, with prioritization skills to manage a larger book of business
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach preferred.
