Position: Customer Support Agent Location: Remote/work from home in Romania Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate via inbound and outbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats with existing customers to solve their issues within guidelines Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns REQUIREMENTS: Based in or willingness to move to Romania Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages: Albanian and Serbian/Croatian or Macedonian or Slovenian (one of those three languages) and English or Romanian College degree or related work experience in a BPO/customer support Good MS Office skills Responsible and reliable attitude Very good customer service skills with pleasant, friendly voice/understandability High motivation and enthusiastic approach Planning and prioritization skills Effective decision making OFFER: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Schedule Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00, 40h/week full-time 10% salary increase after 6 months and a performance bonus 200€ after 3 months Be part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Fully paid training Relocation support Guidance and tools to reach your full potential
