David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative for their offices in Romania. Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Romania Work Model: Remote Employment type: Full-time, 3 month probation DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support). Provide assistance to clients with various banking card issues, including blocking and unblocking cards, as well as managing fraud-related cases. Ensure that all client concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Record and document all interactions with clients in accordance with company procedures. Offer clear and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2). Excellent interpersonal skills Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive customer information. OFFER: Work schedule: Shift rotation 9AM-10PM, 5 days/week Career progression Base salary
