You will be accountable for supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day tracking of logistic activities Coordinates theoperational activity of import/export customs clearance at home and throughcommission agentsEnsures correct andtimely registration of customs declarations.Prepares documentsrelated to customs clearance of goods.Liaises with customsbrokers and ensures that goods are cleared in compliance with customslegislation.Updates the customstariff classification in the SAP systemRepresents thecompany in relations with customs authorities and during customs controlsPrepare thenecessary reports to the customs authoritiesPrepare and submitmonthly Intrastat declaration to INSOrganizes transportactivity and optimizes costsCommunicates thestatus of current shipments to the internal departments concernedPrepare reports ontransport activityMonitors and updatesin the system the information on customers, suppliers, products according tothe Honeywell-Trade Compliance requirementsChecks and preparestransport invoices for approvalPerforms otherservice tasks related to customs and transport activities as assigned by thedirect supervisor or company management, with the necessary training.
