Description :About the business areaThe Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for Deutsche Bank. Our team is implementing solutions to enable Cyber Hygiene processes. To do so, our team is introducing new technologies and changes in existing platforms. About the roleDeutsche Bank is looking for a project manager for Cyber Hygiene projects. The successful candidate will be responsible of the coordination with relevant DB engineering teams to implement the new target operating model for Cyber Hygiene by introducing new tools and setting up new processes in existing tools. The ideal candidate has worked before in an engineering role related to vulnerability scanning tools or background on security operation roles, ideally in vulnerability management. The ideal candidate is also expected to have project management exposure, governance and compliance DB standards, experience with new software introduction. You will work in close cooperation with the management team located in UK to define the project timelines and delivery model. On a regular basis, you will be engaging with globally located CSO engineering teams to define and track relevant implementations and with the Cyber Hygiene operations team to understand their needs and expectations. If you possess excellent communication skills and proactiveness, as well as if you are able to work analytically, autonomously and responsibly at all times, this is your chance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate efforts of the engineering team to deploy new tool and connectivity to other platforms for ingestion of relevant vulnerability scanning feeds and configurations for automated assessment and correlation based on our threat assessment framework.Drive engagement with other engineering teams like ServiceNow, TIGGS and other security platforms to ensure delivery times are metWork with the team to implement the project visionDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress, ensure that the milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetFacilitate and/or gather inputs and requirements Manage compliance and governance for the platforms on our scope to ensure alignment to bank's internal processesContribute to project reporting and staffing decisionsSupport staffing processExecute reporting for your functionRequirementsThe successful candidate is likely to hold a degree in IT, natural sciences or technology from a state-recognized university; you may also be a similarly qualified.Candidates with experience in vulnerability management and enterprise vulnerability assessment are ideal. Security project management knowledge is also an advantage.
