Role OverviewThe Cyber Security Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of security services, projects, and large-scale programs. The role oversees Security Operations Center (SOC).This position combines technical cybersecurity expertise, delivery/program management, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with business objectives.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the effective delivery of cyber defense services, including SOC operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.Drive continuous improvement in security operations, automation, and processes.Act as Program Manager for large-scale initiatives spanning multiple cybersecurity services.Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation across programs.Ensure integration of security solutions within broader cloud and infrastructure initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.Translate business needs into cybersecurity solutions and delivery plans.Provide regular reporting and insights on security posture, risks, and performance.Ensure services comply with relevant security standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., ISO , NIST, CIS).Support audits, risk assessments, and governance processes.Stay up to date with emerging threats, technologies, and trends.Support architecture decisions and ensure best practices in cybersecurity implementation.________________________________________Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant exposure to SOC operations.Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager in IT or cybersecurity environments.Experience managing large-scale, multi-service security programs.________________________________________Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of:Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR)Incident Response & Threat IntelligenceCloud Security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Network and Infrastructure SecurityFamiliarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO , MITRE ATT&CK.Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)Project/Program management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, Agile / SAFe (nice to have)________________________________________Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProven customer-facing experienceStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levelsAbout InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
