Cyber Security Manager in Bucuresti

Within the Société Générale group, you will join the SG GSC Global Cybersec Capability Centre (G3C), the center of expertise in the Cyber Security domains. G3C is a strong transversal security team operating in Bucharest and Bangalore, offering various services to Group entities world-wide. (Services like identity and access management, exception management, penetration testing and many others cyber control related activities)The role of Cyber Security Manager will be to supervise the run of G3C operations, help to develop and grow new services and to increase the level of expertise for the activities delivered in Romania under the leadership of G3C head in India.Specifically, you will be required to: Manage G3C team and activities Run and improve continuously the activities operating in Bucharest and Bangalore like IAM, exception management, security risk assestments, security consultancy, penetration testing and others. Define the governance, RACI and SLAs with the stakeholders involved in each of the managed processes Define and provide KPIs required to steer the performance of the team and activities. People management: take in charge the management of the team in Romania from recruitment, performance, workload management, career development for resources reporting to you directly. Budget management: to manage the budget, billing, recoveries for the G3C activities out of Romania. Operations and service improvement: Be the full process owner and contribute to industrialization of standards and processes, aiming for synergies and continuous improvement. Ensure a fluid communication within the team and with main partners. Business development: contribute to the creation of new service offers for the Group cybersecurity activities.
