What you will do You will assess and monitor Leroy Merlin’s IT infrastructure to evaluate threats that could breach the systems and continuously look for ways to enhance company security and protect its sensitive information. Security Operations You will work with IT teams and SOC to get systems and application logs centralized; You will monitor the compliance of IT infrastructure elements with mandated security controls; You will investigate received alerts, adding technical and business context to the recorded events; You will respond to threats by coordinating with IT teams and business units; You will perform threat hunts based on various scenarios; You will review threat intelligence sources to ensure you can recommend changes to the security posture. Security Architecture You will help define the security architecture of the organization, by assessing and recommending security controls and specific configurations for on-prem, cloud and SaaS perimeters; You will assist the business in ensuring IT projects are “secure-by-design”. Risk Management You will track risk identified by our vulnerability management processes, and will dispatch any remediation activities to the proper support teams; You will get engaged in the cybersecurity awareness program, teaching end-users how to remain secure in an ever changing online workplace; You will test the security of various infrastructure elements or organization units. What we want you to have Work Experience - a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity and at least 2 more years in IT system administration or support. Good knowledge of : - Windows and basic Linux; - Systems hardening , security configuration, security-as-code; - Networking concepts; - Google Suite is an advantage; - Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, SaaS); - DevSecOps exposure is an advantage; - Cybersecurity frameworks (types of controls, structure); - Incident response; - Security controls engineering (architecture, deployment, configuration, operation); English language – intermediate, both written and spoken; French language – both written and spoken, considered an advantage; Ability to travel for work purposes ; Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, business experts or other departments such as local BU teams or international Adeo teams; Work Attitude – Communicative, proactive, responsible and flexible problem solver.
