Designing and perfecting systems and components to ensure Security for the Future of MobilityAs the Cyber Security Manager you will be responsible for planning and coordination of multiple engineering competencies for successful completion of the Cybersecurity assessment.You will work closely with Software, Hardware and System Teams defining security concept details and strategy for protection of automotive electronic systems, communication networks, control algorithms, software, users, and underlying data from malicious attacks, damage, unauthorized access, or manipulation. In your role you will face multiple customers being directly accountable for Cybersecurity planning and deliverables. Your Role Plan and track of required work packages and relevant tasks in accordance with the cybersecurity plan and project plan (JIRA)Complete Cybersecurity Assessment DocumentEstablish and maintain all Cybersecurity relevant internal and external interfaces (e.g. customer, key suppliers, development team, manufacturing sites)Definition of project deliverables and relevant work products as required by cybersecurity standards.Close cooperation with customers and key suppliers to analyze provided cybersecurity requirements (approve/reject; review, clarify, etc.). Close cooperation with customers for project details negotiations including problem solving activities relevant to Cybersecurity domainManaging release recommendations for product deliveriesSupport of creating cybersecurity risk analyses, penetration tests and supplier security concepts in cooperation with Software Developers, System Architects and Hardware EngineersManagement and analysis of Cybersecurity requirementsResponsible for planning and execution of all confirmation reviews including audits and assessmentsSupervision and expertise support for development team in scope of cybersecurity analysis Your background Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics Systems or similar (Required)Basic knowledge regarding EVITA ; ADS; OTA; HSM solutions and cryptographic fundamentalsExperience in project management and product delivery; experience in software development and releasing would be beneficial.Familiarity with automotive applications.Knowledge of regulations/standards (SAE/ISO) and associated regulatory frameworks such as ISO 21434, SAE 3061, and UNECE WP29.Proficient in English language (spoken and written)Minimum 2 years’ experience in development of electronic systemsStrong systems / application engineering backgroundStrong mentoring and team building skillsStrong presentation and communication skills Why join us?
