Cybersecurity Manager - SOC Service Delivery Manager in Bucuresti

Currently we are looking for: Cybersecurity Manager - SOC Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join the EY Romania team to manage delivery of SOC analyst services to our clients. Job Summary: The role will provide program oversight of SOC analyst services in support of SOC operations- related engagements. The SDM will be responsible for overall program performance and be the main point-of-contact with EY and client leadership. Additionally, the SDM will support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams consisting of security analysts responsible for real-time monitoring, alert triage and analysis, initial incident scoping and documentation, ticket escalation, and cyber-attack disruptions Manage team leads, maintain appropriate staffing, and appropriate coordination between shifts and other SOC operations teams Develop, coordinate, and implement relevant SOC documentation Develop and report SOC operation performance metrics Responsible for interviewing, selecting, hiring, and termination decisions Trains staff; advocates for training resources on behalf of assigned team Develop, mentor, and counsel team Act as primary point-of-contact to communicate and escalate issues; organize and lead presentations and meetings to client and EY leadership Support business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients Potential for working on limited on call requirements In order to qualify for the role you must have: Completed technical higher education in the field of computer science or related field Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in operating, managing, designing, implementing, maintaining, or supporting cybersecurity technology Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SOC operations and/or incident response Possession of certificates or education related to cybersecurity, information technology, or engineering Possession of cybersecurity certifications e.g., CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GSOC Understanding of technologies and solutions utilized in cybersecurity and networks (SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, End Point Protection, Threat Management/Intelligence.)
