The Data Business Analyst role in the Data integrity and Innovation team is critical in Heineken to operationalise our strategy to measure and improve data quality across the enterprise. We are looking for an experienced business analyst professional who has good technical awareness and experience of working on data driven initiatives. It is essential that the role holder delivers analysis and execution that takes into account, and illuminates, the interaction between process, data and technology. The role holder will work with colleagues across Heineken as part of a team delivering harmonised datasets for business use cases.  Key responsibilities:Fully understand Heineken data assets and artefacts including EDM, data standards, data quality rules and data lineageInterrogate and fully understand project requirements. Translate project requirements into data requirementsAssess extent to which these are met by current data artefacts. Where there are gaps liaise with Data Management managers to assign work to DM scrums. Where data requirements are met provide input to project with updates as gaps are closedCo-ordinate delivery of data work for project. Provide clear, consistent and timely status updates to project and data management stakeholdersYou are a good match if you have:Business Analysis qualification and 5+ years’ experience working on project basis in FMCG sector (ideally)Proven experience in data and business analysis rolesKnowledge of data management processes and workflow, and proven experience of using tools for data profiling, discovery and assessmentAbility to see the big picture, prioritise and define / deliver realistic plans.  Experience of working within the framework of an Enterprise Data ModelContinuous and innovation improvement mindset, Agile Mindset
