Join us as Data Developer Lead and work on global projects from the launch!We are looking for the main point of contact for our Business and IT Architecture for Enterprise Data Migration solutions with a focus on Data Migration tools and systems management. Your knowledge will influence technologies that will be part of Johnson Controls’ solutions!You will use your interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with both technical as well as non-technical partners and to introduce new technologies or methodologies to established groups.How you will do itDevelop architecture, policies and standards for all Data migration matters related to Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax and other applications.Develop and support data solutions across multiple data sources and targetsLead and modify technical strategies, handle problems resolutions and document issuesPerform requirement analysis, build architectural models, estimate development and processing efforts for the solutions providedConfigure and administer Data Tool Components (Informatica, Azure Data Pipeline, etc)Take the leading role in implementing and maintaining ETL coding and development standards in an international team of developersProvide architecture and design consultation for out of the box solutionsEnsure industry quality standards and compliance requirements are achieved in pre-defined metricsMentor and train users to perform data dutiesResearch new data technologies and technologies trends etc. Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Database, Operating SystemsWhat we look forRequiredProven track of end to end data migration implementationsOverview of Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP data migrationsSolid experience in designing data transfer solutionsExperience in preparing test scripts and test cases to validate data and maintaining data qualityEfficient problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly sophisticated problemsKnowledge of the business and support processes within the organizationAbility to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutionsWell organized and capable of prioritizing numerous prioritiesExcellent people skills with team leading experienceStrong oral and written English language skillsPreferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS / Engineering or similarExperience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud applications or on prem versionKnowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Pipelines or similar technologyWho we areAt Johnson Controls, we’re crafting the future to build a world that’s safe, comfortable and balanced.
