Job Overview: As a Data Engineer you will be focused specifically on Data Warehousing, Data Management, BI and Data Analytics. As part of the Tech Data Engineering team, you will be challenged daily to find innovative solutions to improve the speed and delivery of our information. Key Duties:  Design, implement, and support a platform providing secured access to large datasets Understand the data sources, develop an ETL strategy with these sources, perform data modeling to meet customers’ data needs Responsible for writing and debugging complex SQL code Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for datasets Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, data security, analysis, validation, and documentation Monitor, manage and administer the Enterprise Applications Data Warehouse and ensure optimal performance at scale Feature engineering and advisory related to Proof of Concept solution and production solutions Location: 100% Remote Modern Technology Stack:  Work methodology: Scrum Main technologies: Python 3, SQL, Tools used: Flask, Pandas, PySpark, gRPC, Jupyter Notebooks, Docker Build server: Jenkins, GitLab Database: PostgreSQL Code reviews: GitLab Issue tracking tool: Jira Knowledge repository: Confluence, Google Drive Operating system: Linux Freedom to choose tools: Yes Requirements: Strong experience with data modeling, SQL, writing, debugging and performance tuning Strong Experience in data engineering, dimensional data modeling, ETL development, and Data Warehousing Hands-on experience building and supporting Enterprise level Data warehouses by sourcing data from SaaS applications like Workday, Anaplan, Zuora or other ERPs Systems engineering, coding and debugging skills in Python Strong command of the English language  Highly results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver within a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment Hands-on and willing to get things done for any task that is required Adaptable and flexible with an agile mindset Job Remuneration: Salary:  16 000 - 24 000 net PLN/month (B2B) Employment Type: B2B Employee stock options Paid days to balance your work and life in a way that suits you best Location: Fully remote forever Career growth: Promotion and great development opportunities within the organization Our culture You will be co-creating our business solutions We believe that your feedback allows us to create the best solutions as well as adjusted work culture.
