Data Engineer We are looking for a professional, who fits to the Polar Night SW team and is interested in working with our team in the long run, not just in one customer project. At the moment, your first project would be in a modern, construction industry related business. Good team, modern products, easy to work with and support guaranteed. You will have flexibility with the working hours as long as you take care of the daily meetings and normal daily communication with your team via Slack for example. Your job would be ramping up a Data Lake together with a Data Architect, another Data Engineer, other BI experts and supported by technical management. Data comes from multiple sources. Some are already plugged in and new sources of data are added all the time. The data lake is crucial for the customer's business and their growth, so this is a real opportunity to make an impact and see the results of your work! In an ideal scenario you have experience both in data analytics (visualizations, models, statistical analysis etc.) and data engineering (ETL, cleanup, modelling etc.), but we understand that not everyone can have the full list of preferred skills. Attitude to learn the missing parts is appreciated. More details in the interview.
