Job Description
Key role responsibilities:
• Lead the Demand Planning agenda, showing comprehensive governance across functions;
• Drive short term demand process forecasting;
• Upbringing effective collaborative environment ensuring cross - functional contribution, focusing on forecast accuracy improvement;
• Drive long term demand process;
• Ensure the reliability and quality of customer promotions and proper enrichment of short term demand with all commercial activities;
• Manage the delivery of AOP volumes of BU, contribution to building the companywide shared forecast;
• Participates in the category teams of the BU to support the development of strong business plans;
• Work with Customer Collaboration manager to ensure that forecast of OT customers, Distributors and Wholesalers is embedded in the DP tool;
• Delivers insights to the customer/channel portfolio optimization process;
• Work with the Supply planner and timely communicate to the Sales team potential gaps created from supply issues;
• Lead and develop customer relationships with Sales teams, identifying productivity opportunities and collaboration strategies;
• Ensure improvements are embedded in all the managed processes;
• Lead & coach Demand planning team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required key competencies:
• Masters degree, within logistics or business administration;
• Proven leadership/people and change management skills;
• Supply chain experience (< 8 years);
• Service minded / accurate / problem solver with relevant experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional projects;
• Excellent communication skills in interaction with the various commercial functions, customers, partners, finance and sourcing functions (supply planning / plants);
• Entrepreneurial attitude to drive performance and business growth;
• Fluent in English;
