About our open position: Diagnosis Pilot
• As a Diagnosis Pilot, you will be responsible for supporting the electrical development team, regarding the CAN diagnosis messages
A typical day might include the following:
• You will be the link between the factory and the dealer's stores;
• Analyzing how the vehicles on the computers are interconnected;
• Providing technical support for the after-sales network and coordinate temporary/final solutions for network outages;
• Ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are well applied at all stages of development;
• Ensuring that all required input data is available for the development of after-sales diagnosis;
• Supporting for the electrical development team, regarding the CAN diagnostic messages to be implemented in the SW ECU;
• Improvement of technical procedures, standards, development process;
To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
• Bachelor`s Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications, AR, IIR;
• Minimum 1-year experience in diagnosis;
• Good understanding of how different systems work in a vehicle;
• Knowledge about automotive diagnosis and electronics;
• Advanced level of English;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented working attitude.
