The senior digital campaign strategist is part of the Thoughtworks global marketing team. It is a critical role that enables our regions and global functions to achieve their business goals across multiple digital channels. Job Responsibilities Understand the Thoughtworks offerings, market and business metrics and how digital marketing fits into the overall growth model. Partner with campaign owners to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns, demonstrating solid understanding of digital strategies, process, workflows, and marketing automation systems. Optimize campaigns based on digital marketing best practices, knowledge of past outcomes, technical capabilities, Thoughtworks ethical guidelines, and Thoughtworks business goals.Drive and assist in the development of inbound brand and demand generation digital marketing plan, goals and execution model for paid media. Be responsible for performance marketing across digital channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Programmatic.Manage relationships with external agencies and partners. Be responsible for defining and executing paid media campaigns. Own the channels to get maximum ROI out of the budget. Partner with campaign owners to work on 3 streams - design, copy and service offerings to conduct A/B experiments that work. First, take a lot of shots, and second, increase the success rate of these experiments. Partner with global paid media lead and align the regional marketing strategy keeping a global lens in mind Job qualifications Technical Skills You have 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, working on various aspects ranging from paid media, virtual events, email marketing & marketing automation at various stages in your careerYou have a good understanding of funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, creative wireframes & marketing briefsYou have experience running digital brand and performance campaigns for technology B2B organizations.Technology & tools - an expert in at least 1 or 2 of them if not more. CRM (Salesforce), Martech (Marketo, Eloqua), Web CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), Analytics (Google or Adobe analytics or a BI tool).Digital platforms - an expert in at least 1 or 2 of them if not more. Google, all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram), virtual events platforms (ON24, 6Connex, Swapcard etc), meeting room platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex etc)Ability to create training materials and collaboration tools to support knowledge sharing and internal education efforts. Well-organized and good project management skills with attention to details.Paid advertising copywriting - ability to write social media posts, review suggested ad copies and provide suggestions to the campaign owner around latest digital ad copies, tonality of voice etcAbility to review a campaign brief and provide meaningful feedback to the content and design team.
