About the role
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of digital solutions within our global organization. The person in this role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of digital products, from design to implementation,optimizingbusiness value and user satisfaction.
The role aims to enhance user experience, increase operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth through digital channels.
Job Description
Define andmaintainthe digital product vision aligned with business priorities
Identifyopportunities for digitalization of processes and user journeys
Build and manage a value-driven product roadmap
Develop business cases and define key performance indicators (adoption rate, cost reduction, productivity, contribution to revenue)
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational impact
Lead agile development cycles in collaboration with technical delivery teams
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, define teststrategyand scope and contribute to testing activities.
Ensure integration with enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, CRM, IoT, data analytics environments)
Act as key interface between “Climate Solutions Europe” service teams,countriesand digital functions
Support deployment,communicationand adoption ofnew solutions. More specifically, lead the rollout of new functionalities and train local teams in countries
Contribute to service transformation initiatives
Design seamless omnichannel self-service journeys
Capture user feedback and data insights to refine product strategy
Requirements
5–10+ years in digital product management, servicedigitalizationor customer platform leadership
Experience in B2B service environments or industrial/service operations is a strong advantage
Proventrack recorddelivering customer-facing digital solutions
Strong business and service process understanding
Agile product management and stakeholder leadership
Data-driven mindset
Exposure to AI, automation or connected services is a plus
Ability tooperatein an international matrix organization
Master’s degree in business, engineering, digital or equivalent
English C1
German and/or French is a plus
25% travel
