Project Management (advanced) We are looking for a Digital Project Manager for a Danish web development and advertising agency. The person we are looking for will play an important role in the overall success of the team. You must be a strong team player, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a can-do attitude, and proactive approach to management. You must have good communication and organization skills, as you will be part of our international team working on several web projects at once. RESPONSIBILITIESTaking overall responsibility for project deliveries, hosting, and support;Securing efficient, quality-assured, on-time deliveries;Monitoring team performance and resources, ensuring a sound economy;Communicating closely and proactively with the team in Denmark;Maintaining, updating, and executing project plans together with the development team;Doing time and budget estimations for new projects and proposals;Closely cooperating and reporting to PO and other stakeholders from Denmark;Supporting, coaching and following up on all team members to make sure they are happy and perform as expected;Attending our great office in Gdansk, to build culture and keeping good team spirit. REQUIREMENTSRelevant experience as a Digital Project Manager, QA Engineer, Web Developer, Scrum Master or any other related role;Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum/Kanban and agile principles is a plus;Excellent time management and organizational skills, including knowledge or related tools and techniques;Technical awareness, but not necessarily experience as a programmer;Great communication and facilitation skills, strong social skills;Proficient in spoken and written English;Being responsible, committed, positive and open-minded;Open for traveling to Denmark once in a while.
