Who Are We Looking For?
Only Apply If You Have:
- experience designing and building web pages (e-commerce, landing pages, advertorials, etc.)
- excellent front-end programming skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
- knowledge of “best practices” for optimizing and enhancing the performance of web pages.
- are proficient at designing and optimizing for desktop and mobile.
- knowledge of monitoring pageload speeds and know how to optimize it.
- knowledge of split testing concepts.
- great communication skills.
- know English (written & spoken) at a medium level. (We work in English)
- It’s an advantage if you:
- have experience running split tests and managing Conversion Rate Optimization.
- are proactive about improving performance and can provide examples.
- Extra bonus points for:
- Having a killer portfolio of your work.
- excellent graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Job Description
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building out landing pages, quiz pages, surveys, and e-commerce pages across our portfolio. You need to be able to push out a large number of variations, which will be used for testing. To be successful, you also need to understand how to interpret test results and optimize your designs based on data.
