Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a Poland-based development team with expertise in Linux development, cybersecurity, and eBPF, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration Project Oversight: Direct the planning, execution, and management of the agent runtime component, emphasizing Linux and cybersecurity best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the headquarters in Israel and other global teams to ensure development aligns with the company's worldwide objectives Mentoring and Talent Development: Provide technical mentorship, focusing on Linux low-level development, cybersecurity, and eBPF, while fostering professional growth among team members Budget and Resource Optimization: Manage budget and resources effectively, prioritizing Linux and cybersecurity developments Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven management experience in software development, particularly in Linux-based and cybersecurity-focused environments Deep knowledge and practical experience with eBPF is a plus Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a strong emphasis on security is a plus Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with international teams Benefits: Paid vacation — 20 business days per year, 100% sick leave payment, 5 sick days per year Equipment provision (with buyback or return upon the contract termination) 300 USD nett in a year tuition reimbursement (courses, certifications, attendance of professional events, etc.) Care package: Luxmed health insurance (after the end of the probationary period)  English classes 2 times a week (online), Polish classes (for non-Polish speakers) MultiSport card 50% reimbursement company/employee Presents for special days (birthdays, weddings, etc.)
