Our graduate program takes place over twenty-four months and splits in 3 assignments, each 8 months long. In the first and the last assignment you are located in Romania and in the second one you will gain experience at one of our international sites.

You will support your division by creating smart solutions for the future. Your initiative will determine the amount of your responsibility in the projects. The program offers you excellent opportunities to grow fast and start your professional career at Continental.

Check out your future responsibilities below
  • Responsible for performing electronic validation activities on the prototypes (embedded systems);
  • Responsible for interpreting the test results and bring up suitable solutions;
  • Responsible for using the hardware & software tools in order to run the test procedure.
  • Responsible for developing the test procedure considering the project requirements and design;
  • Responsible for the project schematic analysis of new modules and providing 100% test coverage for the customer requirements projects.
  • Responsible for process optimization in accordance with the automotive flow, processes and automotive standards
  • Responsible for analysis of the test specification issues an providing solutions suitable for each test environment.
  • Responsible for increasing the automatization test process and providing solutions in order to decrease the manual workload.
  • Knows company quality policy and the impact of his activities in achieving quality targets.
  • Follows the instructions and requirements of management personnel inside the company.
  • Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures.
  • QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in a relevant field (Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical engineering, Mechatronics)
  • Experience through internships or thesis (in Automotive or an industrial related working field), interesting projects relevant for automotive/IT industry - HW related
  • Openness to travel abroad in order to enhance professional experience
  • Fluent Business English (additional languages beneficial)
