In this role, you will play a crucial part in the due diligence process for our company entities across Europe. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough due diligence, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Your function You conduct thorough due diligence actions on different companies, stakeholders and clients for our Group legal entities across Europe. You ensure comprehensive analysis and documentation of relevant information. Your role centers on providing crucial administrative support to the European Commercial and Procurement Teams, ensuring efficiency in decision-making. Your expertise extends beyond national borders, navigating diverse European jurisdictions. Strategic insights contribute to refining due diligence process, and your facilitation of cross-cultural collaboration is key to our international success. By case support the Legal and HR team with tasks related to due diligence. You maintain organized records and documentation. Carrying out supplier evaluation campaigns to assess their performance in terms of quality, compliance and ESG criteria. You collaborate on a daily basis with key stakeholders across the Europe to achieve overall due diligence objectives. Use tools such as LexisNexis, Termene.ro, Ecovadis, IndueD, Ellisphere and other rating solutions to assess compliance, financial and other risks. You explore and implement tools that contribute to the efficiency of due diligence processes. You handle the tasks with resilience, recognizing their importance in maintaining consistency in the due diligence process. You proactively work towards deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidate’s profile Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies, Quality Management or a related field. Previous experience as an assistant or in audit, highlighting organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated understanding of the due diligence process, showcasing expertise in analysis and documentation in order to identify risks and make recommendations. Proficient in English (C1 level) and French language is considered as a plus. Excellent communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards in due diligence activities. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with resilience and maintain focus on achieving due diligence goals. Proactive approach to tasks, commitment to meeting deadlines, and a focus on achieving quality outcomes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
