Providing projects and services to international customers, clients and teams from France, the UK, US, Germany, Philippines, India and other parts of the world. He/she will participate in end-to-end project implementations delivered in a dynamic and young environment that encourages innovative solutions.We are currently looking for:DWH / ETL Support EngineerJob location: Warsaw / remote Job description:Deliver support to projects, developing new functions or introducing changes to Data Analytics applicationsProvide Proactive monitoring, deep investigations & troubleshooting of customer solutionsTake part in Large scale system development & maintenance, automation and configuration managementDeliver Performance tuning & analysis for customer solutionsCoordinate testing activities on SIT/UAT environmentsImplementing changes to production according to ITIL standardsQualificationsUnderstanding of Oracle databases/warehouses structure and good knowledge of SQLExperience with ETL job schedulers and processing (UC4, Control-M)Linux skillsAbility to understand and coordinate infrastructure-related topics (hardware, storage, firewall, network, load balancing, high-availability, virtualization, logging, monitoring)Experience in deploying Citrix/RDP applicationsWork experience with Windows server administration and familiarity with ADSolid problem solving and analytical skillsDocumenting troubleshooting and problem resolution stepsAutonomous, strong ownership and drive to get things doneEagerness to learn new technologies, tools and adapt to changing environmentAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, strong interpersonal skillsVery good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishAdditional QualificationsFamiliarity with ITIL framework and related certificates German language skillsWhy is it great to work with us?We offer a steady job in an international company in the heavily invested area, where you will encounter multiple opportunities to cooperate with inspiring people from across the world.
