Responsibilities: Coordinating the members of the tech team on how to plan, build, integrate, deploy, and support apps, features and custom implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365,Driving the tech strategy around product and feature development for the Microsoft Dynamics platform,Defining the technical scope of work for Microsoft Dynamics application and workflow features,Delegating, tracking, and verifying the tech plan and deliverables assigned to the team,Establishing non-functional requirements and solution definitions for products built on or related to Microsoft Dynamics,Planning and managing integrations with Microsoft Dynamics products and flows,Reviewing the quality of deliverables across all products and features built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform,Ensuring consistency of the overall Microsoft Dynamics products and features including end2end integration into other applications,Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating product and platform/application requirements,Providing guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process,Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these,You are self-organizing with other team members. Good to have MVC, WCF knowledge as well,Strong experience in Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps applications and Online and On-premises solutions,Experience building solutions across multiple Dynamics CRM projects and Power Platform from configuration and customization to extension and development,7+ years of professional work experience in a development role,5+ years of experience in managing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform including PowerApps portals and Azure services.
