Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Team Lead
Pearson Carter are currently working with a multi-award winning Microsoft Inner Circle partner who have an office in Romania. They are looking to expand their team of Dynamics NAV/D365 BC experts to continue supporting global customers. They are looking for someone who has extensive experience in a similar position to support customers and team members to continue their journey towards being the most preferred partner in the space.
They offer an excellent salary of up to €80,000 depending on experience + hybrid working + 23 days holiday + public holidays + incredible training &; development support.

Responsibilities
- Project management and supervision such as consultations, workload management etc.
- Ensuring technical project delivery on timely manner
- People management such as hiring, coaching, performance assessments etc.
- Keeping up with Microsoft initiatives, driving changes according to it, planning new services or products
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure successful project delivery
Experience
- 6+ years' experience working with Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central products
- 2+ years' experience in Team Lead or Management positions
- Experience in technical project delivery or business operations and people management
- Proactive and curious personality willing to follow the most innovative MS product developments and fields of operation
- Excellent communication skills - proficiency in spoken and written English
Salary

Location
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central client has got an office in Bucharest – please note, this is a hybrid position and candidates must currently be located in Bucharest, or willing to relocate to Bucharest. No sponsorship is available for this position.
