EMEA Hyperscale Fulfillment and Planning operations in Bucuresti

The Lenovo DCG Hyperscale Services EMEA Fulfillment & Planning Ops is acritical member of the Hyperscale Services Support team The Hyperscale Services EMEA Fulfillment & Planning Ops is responsible formanaging the Service Parts Order fulfilment for Lenovo’s largest Hyperscalecustomers in our Europe Middle East & Africa region. Order fulfilment, supplymanagement, backlog management, problem management and resolution andexcellent data mining & reporting, strong Microsoft Office skills, written &verbal communication skills are critical, including English fluency as well asrelevant experience in supply chain and order fulfilment and planning. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Manage fulfilment of customer orders e2e, from creation to Proof ofDeliveryPOD• Manage order fulfilment within customer’s Service Level Agreement(SLA).• Perform Backlog management, minimize customer backlog and avoid agingbacklog.• Customer and internal Escalation Management.• Planned Ship Date(PSD) management: pull-in replenishment, rebalance supply,direct ship, supply escalation.• Planned Delivery Level(PDL) management: track shipments, collaborate withlogistics team, internal & external escalation.• Identify projected shortages and collaborate with the planning team to avoidshortages and inform account operations team to reduce customer impact.• Daily performance report to Service Support team & WW Services SupplyChain(SSC)• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting based on historical demand andinstall base.• Analyse geo supply and demand, minimum stock, low usage, demand spikes,reporting to planning team.• Report creation merging data from various sources, extracting, validating,and controlling data.• Reporting backlog trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduceand avoid backlog.• Reporting to management, the KPIs associated with Fulfillment & Planning.• Develop and implement new processes as needed to support the growingrequirements of the business. Position Requirements: Basic Requirements:• 3+ years directly related experience required.• Bachelor’s degree required.• Excellent communication - Verbal, Written, English fluent.• Relevant work experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, planning.• Advanced Microsoft Office skills – highly adept with Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint and Power BI.• Customer focused for both internal and external customers.• Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional levels ofquality.• Ability to successfully balance multiple simultaneous demands & self-adjustto meet quick shifting priorities.• Project management skills and experience.• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment in whichinfrastructure and processes may not be fully defined.• Self-directed individual, Detail oriented, Problem Solver, Acts with senseof urgency• Global experience.
