Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI. Inviting applications for the role of Employee Relations Specialist for Trust & Safety – Assistant Manager – English – On Site BucharestIn this role, you will ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees, proactively enhance their experience, manage workplace issues, and handle sensitive employee relations matters.Responsibilities• Identify and address employee concerns early to improve the overall employee experience.• Develop and implement proactive initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement, ensuring alignment with our core business values.• Conduct thorough workplace investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring timely and fair resolution.• Advise management on challenging employee situations, providing expert guidance to de-escalate and resolve conflicts.• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal team and management to develop, update, and enforce employee relations policies that promote a respectful and fair workplace.• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards in all employee relations activities.• Utilize strong emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a broad spectrum of employee relations issues.• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication channels.• Shift Flexibility and On-Site Support for employees working in shifts covering 24/7, primarily based in Bucharest, Romania.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills• University degree or equivalent• Good expertise on the Romanian employment framework• Previous experience in employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy• Flexibility to work on site, in shifts to offer support to employees working 24/7 in shifts.• Strong emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills, resilient• Organized, with attention to details and able to create and properly handle HR documents required for employee relations cases.• Proficient in EnglishPreferred Qualifications/ Skills• Previous experience in Business Services is preferred. • Continuous learning attitude, willing to stay modern.• Collaboration skills: proactively approaches immediate and extended team for solving problems or building new solutions.
