As an EMS/SCADA Systems Specialist, you will:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA platforms, specifically the eTerra suite including Outage Assist and Storm Assist.
- Perform detailed diagnostics and support activities related to customer-specific customizations, AEMS, and SUV testing.
- Model and configure electrical devices within the EMS environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure optimal grid management and system uptime.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting EMS platforms including SCADA, AEMS, and eTerra-based solutions.
- Proven hands-on expertise in installing, analyzing, and troubleshooting eTerra DMS and EMS components.
- Familiarity with SCADA and modeling tools, and solid experience with both Transmission and Distribution electrical grid configurations.
- Proficiency in working with TCP/IP protocols, routing, IP addressing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, and firewall configurations.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, including NERC CIP compliance.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).

- Independently manage and deliver EMS configuration, enhancement, and testing assignments.
- Use technical tools to simulate, analyze, and optimize grid management and control system performance.
- Interpret and model complex electrical device topologies accurately.
