By leveraging Siemens Energy-wide collaboration, you will help implement sustainable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and foster innovation.How You’ll Make an Impact Business specialist for all Lessons Learned management within SE GT SO, providing expertise on various problem-solving tools and techniquesCoach process owners to elevate problem-solving to a best-in-class level while coordinating sub-teams to gather and make learning experiences accessible for projectsAnalyze learning experiences and corrective measures (RCA), supporting their documentation, implementation, and evaluating their maturity and valueContribute to the evolution of IT systems, enhancing the end-user experienceEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standardsWhat You BringUniversity degree or technical apprenticeship with long-term experience in a related field Experience in conducting workshops effectively and a motivated attitude towards adapting to new technologies and structuresProficiency in Microsoft Office365,with strong communication and presentation skills in English A solid understanding of project quality from production through to customer satisfactionKnowledge of quality management and problem-solving tools, professional experience in production, including multi-shift environments is a plusIntercultural experience and a passion for working with diverse teams, demonstrating a self-organized approach in an intercultural settingWillingness to travel worldwide as needed, around 25%, supported by an existing internal network within Siemens Energy
