ETRM Business Analyst - Energy Trading - Zurich, Switzerland *OINLY EU NATIONALS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION* Global Energy Trading company requires ETRM Business Analyst to join Middle Office team to work on Front to Back Office projects. The role is functional but will require some technical Endur experience. The role in more detail Develop, maintain, and improve standards for Deal Models across the Origination business. Gather, define, and document business & functional specifications for DLC IT development and implementation. Plan and coordinate international projects from specification to implementation. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient IT development. Collaborate closely with IT departments and follow internal business analysis and project management frameworks. Ensure processes are well documented, updated, and maintained with new tools or changes to existing tools. Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your Background At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or energy sectors. Minimum 3 years of experience with OpenLink Endur. Knowledge of international trading and/or commodity environments. Excellent technical analysis and design skills for business and functional requirements in complex organizations. Experience in project management. Strong understanding of technology, including soXware development methodologies and IT architecture. Familiarity with the Origination business is an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach. Business results-driven, team player with a strong customer orientation. Drive to shape innovative solutions and optimize existing ones. Willingness to travel when needed.
