Rigorously enforce compliance with both local and international hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards. Lead the recruitment, training, and motivation of a world-class culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management and cost control, ensuring a perfect balance between exceptional quality and profitability. What do you bring to your trip A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment, with a proven track record of excellence. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards excellence. A deep passion for gastronomy and creativity, with a portfolio of innovative and visually stunning dishes. The ability to perform under pressure while expertly managing time, resources, and personnel. Flexibility and adaptability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the vision to set and maintain high operational standards.
