Fabrication Manager (m/f/d) in Constanţa

What you will enjoy doing As a Fabrication Manager you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating production processes in the areas of prefabrication, embossing, tool making and cleaningYou will control the production capacities and deadlines to achieve the planned departmental KPI targetsIn your role, you will actively manage the workshop, ensure proper checking and maintenance of all production equipment, and maintain good order and cleanliness throughout the work areaFurthermore, you will do the planning, hiring and training of your employees while ensuring budget compliance as well as compliance with labor, safety and environmental regulationsThe optimization and development of applied manufacturing technologies, processing and implementing of improvement proposals as well as the implementation of investment, maintenance and rationalization measures will be part of your role.
