Fabrics & Accessories Sourcing Manager - Bălți, Rep. Moldova in Brãila

Antal International Network, an international recruitment agency specialized in executive search (www.antal.com), on behalf of our CLIENT is seeking for: Fabrics & Accessories Sourcing Manager Experience in apparel/garment manufacturing is a must Main duties: Source and develop new materials based on design/customer requirements and market trends; Develop new supplier and sourcing base in Europe first and far east for accessories; Proactive mind for sourcing with creative sourcing; Understand the fabric type inherent properties and understand accessories type proprieties; Well communicate with suppliers and merchandising team for product requirements, pricing and quality; Monitor the development; work with counterparts for the right timeline; Develop the seasonal / trend board and present it to the design team; Ensure fabrics meet customer’s expectations in terms of quality and price and timing; Knowledge of physical and chemical tests and ability to coordinate; Day-to-day coordination with suppliers and developers on seasonal developments. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate could have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP; Strong ability in negotiation with suppliers (price, quality, timing etc.); Highly organized and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize; Strong attention to detail; Good English knowledge.
