You will report to Maintenance manager
What you will be doing:
Plan and manage building infrastructure by developing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, monitoring the physical condition of buildings and equipment, and identifying renovation or modernization needsCoordinate support services and safety by reporting facility issues that affect workplace health and safety in collaboration with the Health and Safety team, ensuring maintenance activities address identified deficiencies, and creating comfortable working conditions for all employeesLead facility improvement projects by participating in space planning and reconfiguration activities, coordinating with internal teams to minimize operational disruption, monitoring compliance with functional requirements, and supporting the commissioning of completed projectsManage vendor relationships and service quality by monitoring service provider activities, tracking maintenance and repair requests, communicating facility needs to the Procurement team, and addressing any non-conformities with vendorsApply policies and procedures by adhering to facility management policies, contributing to the review and improvement of operational procedures, monitoring compliance, and participating in inspections and auditsCommunicate effectively across departments to identify infrastructure needs, address support service requests, and collaborate on solutions that benefit the wider organizationWhat you bring:
Technical qualification or professional experience in construction, electrical, electronic, or electromechanical systemsPractical knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsSeveral years of experience in facility management or a similar roleAbility to work effectively with colleagues and external partners, with strong organizational and planning skillsProficiency with computer systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, or similar)Fluency in Romanian and English, with the ability to work in a multilingual environmentExperience managing maintenance costs and vendor budgetsKnowledge of health and safety compliance and facility auditing proceduresFamiliarity with space planning and facility improvement projectsThis is who we are:
